I have been associated with Popular Group for over three decades, and through this time my journey here has only gotten stronger.

I joined in 1993 when the company was just beginning to establish itself in the auto parts trade. Initially, I worked in delivery and packing for well-known brands like Larex, Jagge Cables, and AR King.

In the late ’90s, our Managing Director Deepak Singh Kohli had introduced a Sales Improvement Campaign for the employees, an incentive of ₹5000 for achieving ₹1 lakh in sales. I achieved this with the help of my knowledge of automotive parts and through determination.

This program changed the course of my professional life and propelled me into a sales role within Popular Group.

I began my journey with Popular Group in 2004 and started my role in the picking division, where we picked 20 reputed brands of parts for delivery.

Over the years, Popular has helped me build self-confidence and develop my skills in auto parts. Recognizing my determination to grow, I was given opportunities to head material inward for major brands like Suprajit (Cables).

This role allowed me to learn about different brands and auto parts, and I was recognized for my prompt material handling and process improvements.

Today, I am a Telecalling Executive, managing over 20 reputed brands and directly handling 200 customers.

My journey with Popular has been both educational & transformative, and I am grateful for the continuous growth and opportunities provided to me.

I learned my work and the processes step-by-step with the help of my manager and other colleagues. I joined as a picker and was promoted as checker. In 2020, I became a Dispatch In-charge and in 2022, I was promoted to Assistant Manager.

Popular has always recognized talent and hard work, treating everyone like family. I am forever grateful to this company for shaping who I am today. In the last nine years, Popular has grown to be my family and life.
